Cancellation Policy

We ask that if you are feeling ill or have exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment you must cancel and reschedule your appointment. If you have COVID-19 you may not attend your appointment until you are no longer infectious. If you have been exposed to COVID-19, please get tested before scheduling your appointment. If you already have an appointment please cancel and reschedule your appointment until you have a negative test. Late Fee Policy: If you are more than 15mins late, your appointment will be canceled, there's no grace period. Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is very important to us as well as others you are allowed to one rescheduled appointment within a 24hr time frame.The card on file will be charged 20% for any last minute cancellations as well as no call no show appointments. If by any chance we have to cancel your appointment for our own personal reason then we will refund your deposit at that time. Retainer fee(s) are NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-TRANSFERABLE We care about our clients and their personal space during this intimate setting of self care so we ask kindly that you please don't bring any extra guest.
